The incident took place in a substation measuring 4 by 3 meters that houses fuses and transformers, with a significant emission of smoke. According to police sources cited by the Argentine News Agency, the explosion occurred at the intersection of Av. Federico Lacroze 2512, between the streets Ciudad de la Paz and Amenábar.
